Test Shots

Hi, darlings!
I guess you’ve all been waiting for this news...
Yesterday I finally met Mihai, the photographer behind most of the pictures
you’ll be seeing on the blog from now on. We’ve been talking to each other for almost
two months, now, and I can honestly say that we are really good friends, already.
We’ve met yesterday for the first time and we had a great time talking,
laughing and eating macarons. Ladurée versus the local version, Madame Lucie.
A secret: I’m proud to say that the local version is exactly as good as the...famous one.  And I chose this specific word simply because this case...and not only...
is just an illustration of the wonders of marketing.
Anyway, this „collaborationˮ, will be quite a challenge for both of us.
You know that taking pictures is not exactly my hobby, so we’ll have some problems until...we’ll get to know each other better. Translation: until he’ll do exactly as I say! Hihi! Although we weren’t planning to, we took some test shots yesterday. I hope you’ll like’em!
Have a wonderful day!

My first dress

Good morning, guys!
Finally, before going to the airport to pick up my parents, yesterday,
I was able to take a few outfit pics. These past few days have been really hectic:
I was stuck between projects, work, my...many animals and...ok, a little shopping.
I really missed blogging, but I must admit this break was very much needed.
As for my outfit, I was finally able to wear one of my dresses.
Wait, let’s start with the beginning... During these last few years, I gathered a lot
of frustrations in the shopping department. Not always was I able to find what I was searching for. I love backless...well, mostly everything, but until last year I wasn’t able
to find anything in stores. I love maxis, but my height combined with the fact that I need a small size, ended up with me wearing an ankle-length dress/skirt. And I really hate those! So, I’ve decided to make my own stuff. This dress is the first one.
I was searching for a figure hugging grey dress since forever and guess what,
I failed in finding one.  I love wearing maxis during winter, but you all know that they are not very practical, because you might end up wearing a soaked blanket instead.
So I thought at that little artifice on the side, to make it look asymmetrical,
without cutting it. And I love it! It’s very comfortable, but still chic,
it keeps me warm and it’s perfect for my biker boots!
Have a wonderful week, darlings!
