Hi, sweeties!
First of all, this is the outfit I
wore for the H&M Press Preview I was telling you
about, yesterday. Now I
have to tell you the story behind this outfit.
I bought this maxi skirt as a
personal challenge. It drew my attention mainly because of the fabric and that
perfect nude shade, so I’ve decided to try it on.
My boyfriend’s first thought
was „It looks kinda old-fashioned and rusty, you know?
I don’t know what you’ll
be able to wear it with...ˮ Hearing him say that made me have some second
thoughts, but...I loved that fabric, the way it felt and its movement,
plus I
was dying for a nude maxi skirt. So I took it as a challenge! I promised I will
find some combos that will make it look perfect. This is my first outfit with
it and not only did he loved it, but I received tons of compliments that day,
mostly because of the skirt.
My point is... you know that us, women, feel the
need to receive that approval.
From our boyfriend, from our best friend or
mother, or any another person you enjoy going shopping with. But you must know
that, in the end, you must be the one who loves the clothes you buy, because
you are the one who will be wearing them.
You are the mind behind the outfit,
you create the story.
