Modern Day Gipsy
Hi, guys!
Do you remember this maxi? The „you either
like it, or you don’tˮ skirt?
As I was telling you on my previous post with it,
I took it as a challenge.
So here is my second outfit with it: a modern day
gipsy look.
I remained in the pastel tones area, because I didn’t want to go overboard, but I curled up my hair even more
than usual and I added these earrings to complete the look.
A little bit too
much, maybe, but I’m proud that I completed the challenge.

For a few days,
Autumn was back in town, so I had to choose something a little bit
thicker.

casual outfit in soft tones to compensate for the dark clouds.

Adapting
Hi, sweeties!
I am very sorry about my absence, but
I’ve been stuck between paperwork, lately. Working for yourself sure implies
ten times more work and stress,
but it definitely is more rewarding! So I guess
it’s all worth it!
Out of the blue, the temperatures went crazy these last few
days.
The heat is unbearable especially for me, since I’m still struggling with
that allergy and I can’t wear proper Summer clothes. I love the Sun, but boy,
can it be harsh sometimes!
In other terms, on Friday I will be participating to
the Digital Divas Gala, an event dedicated to the active women in social media.
I was nominated on two categories:
Best Fashion Blog and Best Instagram
Account, among some wonderful bloggers,
so it’s truly an honor for me. Have a
wonderful day, darlings and keep yourself safe!
I know you love the Sun, but
try to avoid it during the midday hours!

The Challenge
Hi, sweeties!
First of all, this is the outfit I
wore for the H&M Press Preview I was telling you
about, yesterday. Now I
have to tell you the story behind this outfit.
I bought this maxi skirt as a
personal challenge. It drew my attention mainly because of the fabric and that
perfect nude shade, so I’ve decided to try it on.
My boyfriend’s first thought
was „It looks kinda old-fashioned and rusty, you know?
I don’t know what you’ll
be able to wear it with...ˮ Hearing him say that made me have some second
thoughts, but...I loved that fabric, the way it felt and its movement,
plus I
was dying for a nude maxi skirt. So I took it as a challenge! I promised I will
find some combos that will make it look perfect. This is my first outfit with
it and not only did he loved it, but I received tons of compliments that day,
mostly because of the skirt.
My point is... you know that us, women, feel the
need to receive that approval.
From our boyfriend, from our best friend or
mother, or any another person you enjoy going shopping with. But you must know
that, in the end, you must be the one who loves the clothes you buy, because
you are the one who will be wearing them.
You are the mind behind the outfit,
you create the story.

Casual Sunday
Hi, sweeties!
I’m in a big hurry, cause I’ve found
out not so long ago that I have an exam today.
I know, I know, I’m a mess, but
I could have sworn that my exam was tomorrow,
so I was totally relaxed. Anyway,
this is what I wore yesterday.
It was one of those days when you just can’t
find anything that looks good on you.
That’s when I need to wear something new,
so I chose this new pair of jeans.
Although I sworn I will never wear them with
flats, because of the cut, I did it anyway, cause you all know that when you’re
down, heels are the last thing on your mind.
So, a simple, casual outfit for
the beginning of Summer.

Good morning, guys!
I’m very sorry for my absence,
but I’ve been caught up between projects and exams.
I’ll have the last one on
Tuesday and I’m done! Also, I am looking forward for the weather to get back on
track, cause I have some nice outfits to show you!
